"Dined in for a celebratory evening—the service was friendly and speedy, the food and drinks were delicious, and it is a fun spot with great decor. It’s not “fancy” but the food is so good and you’re treated so well by the staff that this works both for a casual diner out or something a little more high-end to celebrate life’s wins. Highly recommend!!! I was with two people who got the pina colada for 2 in a pineapple—so fun! Enjoyed some of the specials. If I lived in the area I’d be a regular."

"Quesadillas are served open face. They were great, but a bit on the dry side because they are open face. The carnitas was delicious but a bit awkward to eat—seemed more like tacos with the meat served on the side. Overall good food and service was ok—kind of slow to get food and the server wasn’t super friendly—she seemed more concerned with how she looked instead of serving customers. She kept going to the bathroom to check herself out in the mirror. Staff wasn’t very welcoming either."

"WOW WOW WOW. Rarely am I impressed or blown away by a restaurant, but this place has won my heart. You can tell the level of attention to detail and care that the owners put into the restaurant. The mural paintings are beautiful and has a wonderful vibe overall. The service is always impeccable. Waitresses are super attentive, quick, and friendly. They’ll take the time to explain the menu and specials & check in to see if you need anything. Taco salad with chicken: this is a take-out only item, but the waitress said I could order it because the kitchen wasn’t busy at the time. I loveeee this dish. The shell is crunchy but also flaky at the same time. The salad is fresh and the chicken is well seasoned. So delicious! Horchata: one of my favorite horchatas in NY! I love how creamy and refreshing theirs is, it’s not watered down like other places Carnitas: we enjoyed how juicy the carnitas were and the tangy orange habanero sauce Carne asada tacos: OMG these are a home run. Ever since I’ve had them, I’ve been thinking about them everyday. The steak is tender and well-seasoned. I am in loveee with the cheese that they incorporate into the taco. These are truly one of a kind!! My boyfriend and I came here 2 days in a row because of how good it is. This will become a neighborhood staple spot for us. Can’t wait to be back!"
