"I went for some last minute Christmas shopping and I have written down gift card numbers that I tried to apply at checkout. Michelle was telling me how I couldn't use the gift card numbers without the gift card. Rachel and Bailey had the can do attitude and had a solution to fix my slight dilemma. The overall store was great and Rachel and Bailey made the experience much better."

"Awful. Young inexperienced cashier forgets to take off sensors off clothes AND scan the Levis app that I was requested to download at the register so looking up my receipts in the future wouldn't be an issue. The store associates and manager shrugs off the cashier's clear inability to do the simplest part of her job (to remove the sensor that is on every item in the store) as a mere accident...even though at this point I count at least 2 'accidents'. Manager and associates proceeds to shame me for not keeping a receipt and if I kept my receipt this would have all been avoidable while providing an extremely condescending apology. The only silver lining is the store had working surveillance camera. If you like that we only hire white middle class teens who are just half asking their first job vibe then this store is for you if not AVOID!"

"Oh my God. The worst experience ever. The team working there were overall okay, except this one guy. Sooo rude and aggressive. We left after 10 min of roaming around. Hope he gets the training in people skills he desperately needs. Otherwise he belongs to the stockroom."
