I go home and find out that my points are gone. I called BR and said my points cannot be returned when they were never used. 0/10 service."

"The employees at this store were absolutely amazing. I walked in already feeling down accepting the fact that they probably won't have my size. I'm 6', and I always have to order. I walk in I say do you have talls/longs and Denise said no (as I expected) but quickly said since you're here... Our pants are already super long, Lisa quickly helped and longer story shortened I walked out with a 2 piece black suit, and a nice off white cowl neck top that fit perfectly. The customer service at this store was absolutely amazing. Denise, Lisa, the fitting room attendant, and the cashier all made my elderly mom and I feel welcomed. Thank you ladies"
