"Wow, so apparently the marina Café deletes negative review, so allow me to leave it again the food was awful. The waiter was terrible. My mother threw her husband a birthday party there and the manager. I believe his name is Eddie first spoke to Rosemary then it was Eddie Eddie kept changing prices on my mother. They also charge two dollars per plate that they used to cut up a cake that you buy outside of the place and bring into the place. They also have a man walking around taking photos of you and then he hit you over the head with a $20 bill for each photo, I absolutely would not come here and the fact that they actually try to hide peoples reviews. Just let you know how sneaky and underhanded they truly are your money go somewhere else this is not the only place on the island you can go to. And do not order the steak. It is absolutely disgusting. The ribeye steak is gross. Parking is also very limited and the only one worth talking to in there ironically is the bartender, the sweetest, sweetest man you’ll ever come across in your life, sweet older gentleman. Parking is also very limited and the layout of the floor doesn’t really make it wheelchair friendly or handicap friendly and the bathrooms are also very small and tight."

"Excellent views of Great Kills Harbor while dining. Food was excellent. Mozzarella coins, sausage and bean soup and fried cauliflower were very tasty appetizers. Fish tacos, grilled chicken and broccoli rabe sandwich and the marina cafe signature burger were enjoyed by all. First time having lunch here, but the lunch menu is just as good as the diner offerings. I would recommend Marina Cafe to friends and family for sure."

"I have been to this restaurant several times with family and friends and I can’t get enough of it. Eddie is the manager of this restaurant who is so awesome, accommodating, friendly, and attentive. All of the waiters are all great. The ambience has a great scenic view of the water front, the drinks are nice and strong the way I love it, food is fresh, seasoned and delicious, the service is fabulous and the overall environment is relaxing and comforting. The price range for meals is reasonable especially with the cost of seafood today. Parking is not hard to find whether your parking in the actual lot or off the street. For party size great than 3, I would definitely suggest making a reservations for meal times after 5 pm. Prior to that you could walk in and be seated with a table."
