"During my visit to Burger King, I found the food to be decent, but the customer service left room for improvement. Consequently, I gave it a 3-star rating. Overall, an average experience with potential for enhancement in service."

"The food here isn’t the problem the problem is the staff. They all seem like they hate their jobs and us customers are just burdens on their life or they don’t know what they’re doing. When I went in the store was empty and maybe one customer in the drive through I ordered a cheeseburger meal and chicken nuggets that’s it. And the employees making my order seemed lost the one guy asked maybe 5 times if the burger was for my order and his coworker looked at him and my order and shrugged her shoulders. After I got my order I didn’t get my drink so I asked if I could have a cup for my drink and the same employee started saying things under his breathe and seemed annoyed that I asked. They also forgot my sauces but based off the reaction I got for simply asking for the drink I paid for I decided to just leave and not bother them anymore than I apparently already did. This place when I was a kid was great always packed great food and service but after today I realized this location has really fallen apart and honestly I don’t think I’ll be back."

"Fries are hot but taste like they are redropped in the oil. I got the wrong wrap I still ate it it anyway because I was in a rush but I had a horrible experience. The girl also was outside smoking a cigarette while taking my order"

"I recently visited Burger King and had an amazing experience! The food was delicious and perfectly prepared, and the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and courteous, and they went out of their way to make sure that my visit was enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the flame-grilled burgers and crispy fries, and the variety of toppings and sauces available allowed. The dining area was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of seating available for me and my friends. Overall, I must say that Burger King is a truly great fast food chain. The quality of the food and the exceptional service make it a standout among its competitors, and I will definitely be returning for more soon!"

"On Thursday 2/15, I went there after work around 7:30- there was no customers inside nor anyone in the drive thru line in front of me. I sat at the drive-thru window for a while, around 5 minutes. To get handed a cold burger and old overcooked fries. And old chicken nuggets. As someone that used to work at a BK, I am aware of the policies as far as keeping the food fresh in accordance to the food/ health safety regulations. There are more violations than I can count, not to mention the extreme untamed hair and facial hair that’s not in compliance as well. This place is absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend."
