"I wish i could give this place zero stars will never go here again not only did they get my order wrong when I politely asked them to change it they argued with me and said I was wrong. When they changed out my drink. I get to work my drink smelled of chemicals and perhaps curdled milk. Also my Food was burnt black colored type burnt, I am so soooo disappointed. there is another dunkin donuts on the same street just a few miles down i will go there and i highly recommend you go there to."
"Very rude and petty place. When you need a bag for your large food order they are very rude about it and will not provide and will lie and say they don’t have bags at all. They up charge for every last things that any other Dunkin it’s included. The place is always surface clean but really is nasty. The attitude of the workers suck, and the coffee is always burnt and nasty too. Worst Dunkin Experience ever I would tell people to go to a franchise Dunkin and never these privately owned restaurants."
"Just left 2 minutes ago ! THE MANAGER ON DUTY was working the drive through and is the rudest WOMAN and should not be working with people. She got my whole order wrong and then blamed me saying I didn’t order what I asked for . I ordered loaded hash browns a French vanilla coffee .. She gave me 2 plain hash browns no coffee and a donut . Rolls her eyes and tells me I didn’t order any of that lol . I left with nothing but the wrong order I PAID for ! Oh and of course she doesn’t speak English correctly so I wonder who didn’t understand who. Do better Dunkin’ because you just lost 2 everyday costumers and I can only imagine how many more. Especially with that grinch at the window ."
"Teenagers working who are rarely polite. Whenever I place an order on the app in advance to pick it up, it’s never ready. Always have a long wait whether I’m the only car in the drive-thru or there are 5 without any apology for the wait. Nevertheless I always say thank you. Never do I get a, “You’re welcome. “"
