Disappointing how long it’s taking to have it assessed, much less repaired. With blue collar workers in my home, no dryer can be a real challenge for 3 weeks so far. Carlos did help me when I called to get the wheels spinning. Nothing since. We’ll see this week if I update this review."

Because of their great reputation, I send my customers there when it's not worth repairing an older appliance. I service appliances, but I don't sell them. I needed a company I could trust to refer my customers to."

"This is an update. They finally came and installed the attachment. I bought a dryer, not the cheapest one in the store. Paid for delivery and installation. The installers failed to install the attachment for the steam function. When I called the store they wanted to charge me extra for installing a part that was supposed to be part of the dryer. The installers claimed the part did not come. The manufacturer sent the part directly to my house and I have been waiting three weeks and no one has come to install it. Nice salesperson but not buying from them again."

"This place is the worst! They sell damaged discontinued merchandise then want to charge you a 25 percent restocking fee ?? Never ever buy anything here. Unreasonable owners with no interest in their customers satisfaction. Beware. They have 100 additional discontinued merchandise in their warehouse. I wonder if they are also damaged or do they need them for parts to repair damages!"
