Stohrer's Appliance

"We purchased several appliances from Stohrer’s Appliance in Pt Pleasant one year ago in February 2022. It has only been this past May that our issue has been resolved and not due to any assistance from Stohrer’s. We ordered an oven, microwave and a warming draw. With supply issues we understood the long wait to receive our appliances. The last appliance to come in was the warming drawer and it came in without the complete parts to install it. Stohrer’s spent about an hour trying to remedy the problem at which point they gave up and said we had to deal with customer support. It took us 8 months to deal with customer support at Thermador to finally receive a new warming drawer with all the correct parts. Very disappointed with Stohrer’s lack of interest to stand behind the products they sell. I would never recommend them or use them for any further purchases!"

"Quick to take my money slow to deliver. I was told to place my order on a wolf cooktop because it was in stock and the price may go up later. So we did. Two months later I still can’t get a straight answer. Don’t waste your time here."

"Can’t even fathom a world where any of the 5 star reviews aren’t fake the customer service is so bad here. Look them up on Yelp. It’s all one star reviews. Super slow response time and mansplains himself in circles instead of answering your questions. Zero communication zero timeline on anything because they are so unorganized. It’s too bad because i attempted to shop small but the service is a million times better at a Home Depot or lowes."

"We went there in person. The guy was not friendly. Said he'd send someone over. They never came. When I stopped in to complain, they said they didn't even have us on their list or records, but said someone would come over to do an estimate. The technicians we're pleasant, and said they would follow up. It's been over a month, and no one has called or come back. We're done with them. Terrible way to do business."

"Figured out which Speed Queen washing machine I wanted, called around and got the best price from Tom, whom was very nice, at Stohrer's Appliance. Did everything over the phone and the machine was delivered in a couple of weeks. Bill and another gentleman installed it and were also great. Amber who works in the office was nice too. Great company and would definitely recommend. Thanks again."
