"I frequent this store 2x a week. I am a 911 dispatcher and I work the overnight shift and i stop in before I head into work. Over the last three months this location has done a complete 180 for the worst. The employees are rude and completely lack customer service skills. They take incorrect orders, never say hello, you’re welcome or thank you and always give me my drink with coffee pouring out of the top so it leaks all over my car. On 9/09 I drove in and for the third week in a row an employee (tiny hispanic female) got my order wrong and I decided to bring it to her attention to which she responded with "right" and rolled her eyes. She then made me wait TEN MIN FOR TWO WAKE UP WRAPS when I was the only customer in the drive through. I have worked in the service industry since I was 15 and I would never interact with a customer like this. Dunkin should be ashamed."

"If I were the owner, I would scrap the staff and start all over again. I called twice about a cake order. The employees don't know how to speak on the phone. When I went into the store, there were at least 4 employees working and talking to one another, but not one of them anywhere near the register. There were 2 customers in there and I don't think they had any idea. There's no professionalism. I would rather drive further to another Baskin Robbins than deal with those people again."

"Ordered through app for drive through pick up around 2 AM today. Drove to the window, told the hispanic guy I was there for pick up. He was like “what pick up?!” He was so irritated. The other employee was preparing my order, who has been very professional each time. This guy needs to be trained for customer service. This is second time I experienced this behavior from him. He was so irritated. It could have gone simply like this in case he didn’t know if there was pick up order, placed. “Have you ordered already?” Don’t work if you hate the job so much. Don’t need this at 2 AM."

"This dunkin has baskin robbins inside it and it is open 24hr. Crew was extremely patient while we 10 people selected our ice flavors. Recommend it."
