They almost NEVER get it wrong, and if they do happen to make a mistake, they run right back with the right item. Whoever manages this location does an amazing job and so does their staff!"

"The worst service a person could ever receive. This is not the first, not the second but the third time I have had an issue with the staff here at this location. They are oblivious to their job duties, they need to be educated on proper etiquette and customer service, and understand it’s okay to say “I’m sorry I messed up but I can do this for you” Beyond terrible!"

"I ordered two pies as well as cheesy bread and something told me to check it before I left and I’m so glad I did because they messed up the toppings on one of my pies…..and when I brought it to their attention no one was apologetic, just took my receipt to make the correct pie and when it was done sent a regular employee to give me the correct one instead of the manager handling the situation……I will never return because this is not the first instance where the customer service was despicable, nor do they care about taking the responsibility of their actions and then fixing it. Don’t order from this location, drive a little further and go to the spotswood location."

"Me and my friend got from here today they said they couldn’t order to us as first bc there was a flood on one part of the road but they could’ve just put a gps then i called again and placed my order. We ordered pepperoni. Got half plain, half pepperoni??? And the pizza wasn’t even cut all the way. The delivery guy did not even have cash back and had to keep 9 dollar tip when it was so undeserved. Definitely horrible experience."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Consistent mistakes with my order every single time I place it. Can never get in touch on their phone line as they don’t pick up! Today I ordered a chicken habanero sandwich and I got 5 small pieces of chicken on the whole sandwich with no mango habanero sauce or anything. Same order had lava cake, no powdered sugar and dried out. And the pizza was ordered with half pie toppings, the whole pie has toppings. Kids didn’t eat as they wanted plain. Consistent always mistaking the order!"
