Arirang Hibachi Steakhouse

"Visited this place for the first time. The atmosphere was just okay, a bit dark, and lacked a clean feeling. We started with drinks, monster rolls, calamari, and wings, which were decent. The complimentary salad was a highlight – fresh and tasty. We requested a skilled hibachi show chef, but despite being labeled the second best, the performance was okay, and the cooking left much to be desired. Unfortunately, everything was excessively salty, loaded with soy sauce. Couldn't even consider taking the food home. Disappointing experience overall!!!"

"I know accidents happen. However, the peace of zucchini that was sitting on the griddle for about a minute was tossed at my son in good faith as part of there routine, landed right on my 5 year olds neck and as it got caught on his shirt it burned his neck. While he sat screaming and crying for several minutes the shift MANAGER RICH stood behind him watching the whole time, didn't care to come ask if everything was ok nor apologize about this freak accident. We asked for burn cream 3x waited almost 10 minutes til finally a waitresses came with cream. I cant believe they didn't offer an apology. Rich shift manager you are a discrace and should be working pumping gas. Im a father that wanted the situation forgotten so my son doenst keep feeling what he was feeling. I'll add a photo and again I repeat accidents do happen but a franchise like this place should immediately start traing there staff."

"I have gone here several times and would say it's decent. We got habachi with no show. The food was tasty, although the steak was chewy and the chicken was dry. The atmosphere is okay, some areas were a little sticky or dark. The bathrooms were messy and dirty. The staff was friendly and accommodating."

"We had a large group of 13 and stopped in hoping to be accommodated last minute. There was a 20 minute wait which was more than reasonable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our hibachi chef was so great with the kids and I thought he put on a very entertaining show. Each person got a mountain of food, each course was better than the last. We tried several of the sushi rolls and our entire group loved each one we ordered. Took tons of left overs home with us. Tried to the green tea ice cream and loved it. Our table also had sake which my uncle said was really good. My sister has the pina colada with Hennessy and it was delicious. 10/10 recommend this place for a large or small group looking for great food and a great time."
