"I switched to Panera dark roast coffee from Starbucks and have never looked back. I highly recommend it. Almost everyone here provides great customer service here. One manager stands out for me and that’s Ryan. Very welcoming with Warm morning greeting and has great energy about him!"

"I used to go to this store 3-5 times a week, making it my kitchen. I stopped going there for over a month because the portion has shrunk to the level that makes me hungry by 10 pm. This store is particularly bad compared to other stores in the area, which are much farther away unfortunately. I went there again today and it made me regret the trip again! One guy who claimed he was the store manager told me that the district manager required them to reduce the portion to make the profit number. Well, good luck!"

"I like to go to Panera for lunch every month or so. I’ve been to all the ones in the area at least once. This is by far my least favorite location I’ve tried, which sucks because I live 5 mins away. I ordered mac n cheese which had two very long hairs in it, and a steak sandwich that only had like 3 pieces of meat. Staff and atmosphere are not the best, Hamilton Marketplace and Princeton are way better."

"Panera gives you excellent food for reasonable price. The place is clean and gives you a fast service. Table service means, they bring your food to you, but you bring back the empty dishes. You can also wait for a few minutes and pick up your food. You can order in advance as well. Ordering go through kiosks, you don't need to stand in line, there is more than enough kiosks."
