"Good spot for some clean food. Had their tokatsu rice which was fried very well. I've been here a few more times after the initial visit. Their ramen is great. I've had the tomato beef and their house special and both are a large portion with great toppings."

I have never been disappointed from what I’ve ordered from here, past orders have included takoyaki, spicy tuna tacos, salmon tacos, Red Volcano ramen, Shrimp and Chicken Wonton ramen, Black Queen ramen. I have only ordered takeout from here, but it’s usually on the quicker side, my most recent order was ready for pickup in under 10 minutes! Staff is always so friendly too, always greeting customers with a smile."

"Top-notch ramen spot in Plainsboro! I got the Black Queen ramen (signature). The soup is flavorful and the meat is so tender that I feel like it’s melting in my mouth! The ambiance is cozy, and the staff are both speedy and warm. With its reasonable prices, it's a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Japanese cuisine."

"It was pouring rain. I wanted a nice hot chicken and drink. The wine store nearby has lots of brilliant soju. Picked it and paired with Sumi ramen delicacies. Chicken karrage is just chicken nugget. Big fail shaving off one star. Veg tempura yummy. Delicate , less batter beautifully hot. Edmame I requested for spicy edmame. They said they can't do it. So ended up with salty edmame. Mature beans but hit the spot. Overall will return again."

"UPDATE JULY 2023 Our first time dining in (before we only had a take-out from Sumi Ramen). Very good experience. The food, overall, was very good. The sushi rolls we tried for our appetizers were OK, but the specialty of the house - ramen - was great. Polite and efficient service, no complaints whatsoever. You can order your food on your phone (by scanning a QR code displayed on your table) as well as pay for it (Google Pay or credit cards). Pleasing interior. Quite budget-friendly prices. Highly recommended. 5 stars indeed. We will definitely visit again. -------------------------------------------- Decent food, extensive menu, good selections featuring ramen, udon, soba, mazemen (brothless ramen), donburi (rice bowls), curry platters, stir fried rice dishes, basic sushi rolls, and interesting appetizers (among them we would mention Mini Taco Sashimi with spicy tuna, poke salmon or crab leg). The prices are on the cheaper side, quite budget-friendly. Our food quality and preparation was, as mentioned, decent. The staff was polite and efficient. Our food was ready in about 15 minutes after placing the phone order. Cozy interior inviting to some privacy. For those familiar with Plainsboro, the restaurant is located next door to Romeo's Pizza. Right now, you can order delivery via GrubHub, which delivers to as far locations as Hamilton."
