Panera Bread

"I love panera but it is expensive so i rarely get it. They are cutting down even more on their sizes. Just ordered a $10 mac and cheese that literally has 1 scoop of food. This is 10000% not worth the money and sadly think this will be the last time I ever order Panera"

I recently went to Panera to order sourdough bread and a coffee. Anna was very patient and helpful as I tried to decide what I wanted. She also made sure that I knew about all of the specials that were available. When it came time to pay, Anna offered to put my bread in a handled bag.She also made sure that I had everything I needed, including napkins, utensils, and a straw. "Panera has really gone downhill in the last few years. The portions are getting outrageously smaller, and the sandwiches are ridiculously thin. The baked goods are still pretty good... love the scones and cookies, in particular, but the prices! The prices are so high for one cookie. I still occasionally frequent this location bc it's so convenient, but it's definitely sad now. Service is almost non-existent, and there's no real atmosphere to speak of. At least it's mostly clean, usually."

"We eat at all the Panara restaurants while traveling where available. This one is the east Brunswick mall location. It definitely needs a good cleaning and overhaul...the years show on this location...but beyond it being down right dirty..the food is unlike any Panara we dine at. The portions are small the sandwiches your lucky to get the filling on one side only enough meat for a quarter of the bread...so they spread it out paper thin to cover the bread. If your salad or sandwich calls for topping good luck..when I questioned why my Fuji salad didn't have any Dryed Fuji apples on it I was told oh we ran out a couple days ago and didn't get them in yet !! It just goes on and on ....last of all I asked to speak to a manager and was told they left for the day..."
