"I was very happy to see a new Thai restaurant in town, and we were not disappointed! They have just opened and I stopped in to check out the menu Great selection, a lot of regular dishes you see everywhere and then a few that stand out as special dishes that I have only seen here We ordered curry puffs, mee Siam, Pad thai, mango chicken and the fried rice with Pineapple The mee siam is a stand out dish, it's thin noodles coated with a dry curry powder type sauce that just has an amazing flavor profile - it's very different than what you would think of as a Thai curry dish as there isn't really a sauce with it. The shrimp were cooked perfect and tasted very fresh The pad thai was flavorful and prepared well, but please be warned if you are not used to thai spice you should not get any more than "mild" - Diamond Thai is no joke when it comes to spicy heat in their dishes The curry puffs are a staple order whenever we go out for thai, their puffs are vegetarian and the sauce served with them is a vinegar based Cucumber/ onion relish The mango chicken is a sweet / savory dish that was rich and flavorful - a lot of sauce, so it works well over rice to add a nice flavor. Hints of sweetness balanced with thai spices - not a spicy dish The Pineapple fried rice had some nice wok-smoke flavor - we have never gotten this before but always wanted to try. It's a nice side dish that complements the others Thank you for a great meal, and looking forward to returning"
