"I’d give it an overall 4 rating but 3 for the stone pot rice dishes. It’s kind of pricey (closer to $20 an entree), but it came with an adequate amount of veggies and side dishes. They definitely don’t skimp on that, and they even have a cute little robot to deliver them. I got the Haemul dolsot (seafood rice on hot stoneware plate). It came with a thin layer of rice on the bottom, but I think it comes with too much sauce because I was unable to get a nice crispy layer of rice (and trust me I didn’t touch the rice when it was sizzling). So that was disappointing because I love eating this. The kimchi was good in terms of sourness and spicyness (wasn’t weak at all). Menu is diverse and they are having a bunch of promotions. They’re in Korean so I don’t know what the promotional flyers say. One is about a breakfast special and if you follow and share their instagram, they offer you a 5% discount (apparently only if you are eating kbbq). They also give a 5% discount if you pay in cash."
"Amazing korean place with delicious food and great service. Ordered rice cake tteokbokki and kimchi stew. Big portions, reasonable prices. Liked Banchan varieties. Highly recommend."
"Good Mom & Pop traditional style Korean & BBQ. You know what you’re in for when everything is in Korean. I’m sure you could get by playing charades to order and communicate but you’re going to feel better taking your token Korean who is at least conversational in Korean. Wife and I split a small beef combo that included the prime, brisket, kalbi, and included the steamed egg and a choice of soup. She also got the spicy bibimnaenmyun (비빔냉면) which hit the spot for her, it had a kick of what I could only guess was persimmon? Also got the grilled mackerel, which hit the craving for me and came with another complimentary soup. We got the kimchi stew and doenjang (된장), your typical complimentary side soup. The service is exactly what you expect from a homey Korean place, aunts/uncles coming over and making sure you’re taken care of and know what and how to do things. Cost wise, we feel like we got bang for our buck. Everything listed came out to just under $140 and we walked out full to the gills. Go here for an authentic Korean experience not the Americanized chains you may be accustomed to."
"Very good korean bbq, traditional style. The ribeye is excellent. You barbecue at the table. Can get busy on weekends. I came back after almost 2 years. It is, still consistently good. The bbq is with charcoal at the center of the table. BYOB, good table service. The seafood frittata is excellent. Price is moderate, but went up recently. Parking is easy. I added more pics in August 2023."
"Hadn't been back here for a couple of years and brought my son to try it as their food was always good. We were greeted and seated very quickly. Unfortunately this time around, however, the waiter/cashier did not understand English so well and kept getting our order wrong. Still, I am leaving 3 stars because the server did his best to accommodate us and the food here is still really good. I may venture here again but would make sure to maybe point to the order next time instead of speaking it. The side dishes were excellent. My son forgot to take a pic of the entree which we ate too quickly. They had a cool serving robot. There are also side rooms for private parties. As this is a Korean bbq spot, expect the smokey, albeit, delicious atmosphere."
