"Do Not Recommend! Horrible Customer Service! Asked for some nuggets well done for our family and the employee acknowledged us, but never told the people preparing the food. I then asked another employee to make sure they were well done and they proceeded to put old nuggets from the already completed area back into the fryer. When I told the manager that I didn't ask for OLD nuggets well done, she ended up treating me horribly and rolling her eyes at me like she didn't even care. Just an overall lack of empathy. Not a positive customer service experience to say the least!"

"Never received my mobile order. I believe the delivery driver just stole it and canceled my order...meanwhile no refund, and absolutely no answer on the phone on their part for a resolution... Shameful and highly unprofessional. Who simply doesn't answer their business phone?"

"The place is open only through Drive Through and for whatever wild reason isn’t open inside though it’s 11:00 a.m. That was annoying. I had to use the bathroom and planned to use it over there since I’m on the road. I know breakfast is over, but I asked for a breakfast sauce in the drive through window and they told me no. I offered to pay for it and no answer. I also received no response when I asked why it is closed on the inside. If I could it give it 0 stars I would. I suggest not going to this place."

"12/4/23 - 9:30 PM - just idiots - second time through that drive through. Ordered a Parmesan chicken salad, no dressing, no utensils, no cheese. Is it that difficult to get it right. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. I’m not done. I will get my money back. In the meantime I’m quite hungry. Dave Thomas would be mortified."

"Never visit this Wendy’s around lunch time on a Saturday. They do not care what they feed their customers. They will charge you almost $12 for a #6 (Spicy Chicken) that is absolutely awful. They gave me raw chicken on two occasions and they gave me a rock hard bun on my spicy chicken today. Take a look at the photo and see how the bun is so hard it can support the weight of a full large soda. A waste of money! $12 can buy you a much nicer lunch almost anywhere. N"
