"Overall I had a very positive experience purchasing a 2024 Subaru Outback. I inquired online/over the phone about a potential model and had a pleasant discussion with Cindy who helped set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Connor, the sales person who assisted me was fantastic. He was extremely personable and showed me all of the features on the vehicle with ease. Even after sitting down with him to discuss trading in my current vehicle and purchasing this one I did not feel pressured at all. This vehicle was a reasonable deal compared to some other dealers so I was very happy. I should warn that the person I spoke with from the finance department was extremely pushy when it came to getting additional coverage options. Even after several times of declining it she kept pushing which came off as extremely aggressive. Ultimately I understand it is the job but if I had to mention my least enjoyable portion of my experience that would be it. Overall good purchasing/trade in experience and I would definitely plan to purchase another vehicle from them in the future!"
