"Worst service. Order ahead and wait 15 minutes for a large coffee. Other customers walk in and get their drinks. This happens all the time. If you don’t ask for your coffee. You are ignored."

"The service is slow, you wait 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. It seems they only focus on getting the pick up orders ready. Pay attention to your walk in customers too, we matter! I don't have 10 minutes on my morning commute to wait for a cup of coffee."

"I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, or at least make any eye contact. Two crew members behind the counter passed and looked over me about three times before assisting me. I used to frequent this store and always received a warm welcome upon entering, but I guess good hospitality is a thing of the past. I understand it could get busy at times, but at least let the customer in line know that you'll be helping them soon."
