"i usually come early in the morning before work i get the south west breakfast burrito with a smoothie 15$ for a two bite burrito i just feel like they’re getting smaller and smaller i tried to let the ladies know and they simply didn’t care and said “that’s just how they’re made” i never went to google to write one of these but cmon now 15$ dollars for a two bite burrito when i just could’ve went to mcdonald next door and had a breakfast meal for the same price and would have been fulfilled … cause 15$ later im still hungry"

"I went to get a smoothie with my girl last night as soon as we walked in the door one of the employees with a attitude tells us “ just so you know where not serving food anymore “ like as if she knew we were going to order food. Then another costumer walks in and orders food and we watched her make it lol. Anyways we ordered a mocha smoothie and one of the girls made it with an attitude ! Filled it with ice and gave me the cup not even full we asked for another one and the girl started making another smoothie and slamming everything !!! Like why are you so mad? Make it correct where paying 10$ for a smoothie that’s not even all the way filled and on top of that is all ice ! Be better do better ! Never coming here again !"

"Worst service ever I tried calling them over 10 times 30 minutes before closing and no one picked up. I was 5 minutes away from this location and watched as the Asian kid and dark skin girl just ignored my phone calls, laughing and clearly immature with a lack of work ethic. Management needs to give their employees a wake up call!!! Their laziness is a disgrace to the working world. If 0 stars was an option, that would be my choice!!!"

"Awesome place for morning goers. 7am to 9am its 50% off. U can get a wrap and smootie for less than 6 bucks. The food is great and smoothies taste amazing too. I've always received great service. Much better than a deli or fast food chain. Also sign up for groupon and get 30% back on every purchase from tropical smootie. Just save ur card on groupon, claim the deal on groupon. Once u use your card u will get a email to let you know what u saved."
