"I love this starbucks location because it's convenient. They messed up my drink once where I got spoiled milk, not sure what happened. Thats my reasoning for 4 stars. I was running late for work and couldn't come back to the location same day but I gave them another try since then and haven't had an issue since. Service is always great and they are very kind and friendly."

"This is my Starbucks I usually go to because of convenience, but after today I’m not sure if I would continue to go here. As a fellow partner I know the expectation of customer connections. The baristas are usually welcoming with some minor hiccups but the manager is extremely rude. It makes me wonder how can he hold his partners accountable for their actions if he doesn’t do what’s asked for. He does not greet, he doesn’t communicate effectively, he also does not have a welcoming presence. Tbh he looked annoyed being there. I"

"Worse Starbucks I’ve been to. They’ve always run out of food and drinks even if you come during different times of the day. The workers seem super nice and respectful but sadly whoever is running this place is doing a terrible job."

"Terrible service, no spread with sugar, stirrers, etc. the staff has attitude. Food stood cold with no label or name called out until I had to ask the manager and they pointed me to my cold unlabeled wrap on the counter."
