"Cuz why did I order at 2pm and at 2:23, I'm still at the window waiting for a cup of soup and 2 sandwiches!? I've been at the window since 2:03 and not a single cup of soup or sandwich was given to me. This is unacceptable especially since they have 5 workers literally standing around in front of the drive thru window."

"Nothing is ever good from this location! We dropped about $35 today on our order and it was absolutely awful ! Coffees were absolutely disgusting and horrible - personally I feel everyone needs to be retrained there because it is not okay …. This is not the first time we experienced that … today was literally our last time going there!"

"Very clean, modern Panera! My food was prepared well and was delicious. The manager of this location is very friendly and I found him asking me if I’m good with my order and if there was anything else needed. I saw him introducing new staff members and was friendly in his conduct and polite. Seems pleasant to work with. Thank you for your kindness! I’d definitely spend the day here working too, it’s comfortable tons of seating."

"We've visited this place a couple of times. They prepare the food fast, but the portions are pretty small (specifically for the price) if you compare it with other Panera stores. The place is clean, but the manager is not very helpful."

"This restaurant manager and assistant woman broke my heart in front of people for being racist. The reason is very simple, I'm waiting on the wrong side and I want an extra bag because I didnt have enough to hold every item i have. Taking back the orders, they said, we will not give you those orders. took me out of the restaurant. I am white but my English is bad. They think I can't complain. they refunded my money credit card only did not refund the tip. They are impolite and racist for foreign."
