When I do that downstairs bathroom I won't even bother with that massive online delivery service (you know who I mean). The discount was not worth the hassle of having zero help or personal service."

Then had Goodman furnace almost burn down house on 11-15-20 they didn't have same furnace or anything close to original one they sold me so I had to buy replacement somewhere else. Now 5 months later they "don't show a record" of any request for a refund. In my eyes they are nothing short of thieves. I tried multiple times to find this information and I was given different information each time after being on hold endlessly. In addition, Sean who took my order over the phone never bothered to include my phone number, so the delivery people had no way to contact me. The purchase of this tub has been truly a frustrating experience. I am now working with Damian at Ferguson who is trying to help me resolve the issue, he has been great. Homeowner beware that you must do your own research before ordering from Ferguson."
