"The most frustrating place to deal with. Was delivered a bathroom vanity in a damaged box. I have no way of knowing if the vanity itself is damaged, so I called my sales rep to report it and find out what to do. I called my sales rep (john) twice, with no call back. I then tried the main store number to see if anyone there could help me and a woman out of another location picked the phone up. I learned I have a 72 hour time frame to report the damage. She then said she would forward my info and concerns to Valerie the manager and she would call me. I waited one day and no call. The next day I reached out to the woman I spoke to and told her noone called. Well, the 2 nd day Valerie called me friday dev 8) She Was supposed to call me back monday with what I needed to do with my potential damaged vanity. No call, I called her that afternoon and left a message. No call back. No call back today either. This place is unprofessional, incompetent, and lazy. How am I getting help? Its not my fault the box was damaged. I have outstanding items that weren’t delivered. Who is my sales rep? Unresponsive employee #1 or #2? How am I getting those items? Please someone explain it to me. I will never use this place ever again. Incompetent employee managed by an incompetent manager. Place just sucks."

"Fergusons has the metal plumbing that Lowe's and Home Depot doesn't carry. They aren't super cheap, but they are reasonable. They have a bathroom showroom out front as well. You have to walk all the way to the left if you go through the front door to get to the warehouse or come in the side door. They also carry a ton of various fittings, shower control valves, plumbing tools, materials, etc. Must check if there is something you need. The only downfall is their limited hours."

"Our dishwasher of only five years stopped working. We went to Ferguson. John was really personable and knowledgeable in helping us select a dishwasher. We really enjoyed speaking with him. The delivery and installation communication was excellent! The two installers, Oscar and Christian, were very pleasant and professional. They went beyond the standard from installations, taking proactive steps to ensure we had the best service install. From now on, we will purchase all of our appliances from Ferguson!"

Our sales associate, John, was so personable and so knowledgeable about the products. It was an absolutely flawless experience. Our contractor was just about to put the sink in and unfortunately when it came out of the box it was defective. I immediately called Fergusons. From the initial phone call through picking up the replacement sink we were treated with such care and such respect. The manager at the Red Bank location, Tony Antenna was so kind, attentive, and helpful. We are customers for life, and if you’re looking for a lighting fixture or an entire home filled with beautiful appliances and plumbing fixtures don’t waste your time, just go straight to Ferguson’s, Where you will be treated as if you are their only customer"
