"Today on 01/24 at approximately 1:30pm, I checked out and was leaving the store when I was randomly approached by a worker (skinny, short about 5’3 dark skin Spanish girl) and asked for my receipt. I didn’t think anything of it I handed it over to her. She looked at the receipt and randomly picked up an item from my cart saying I didn’t pay for it. I told her over and over again it’s on the receipt I have a total of 10 items in my cart. She kept repeating I didn’t pay for it. I asked her to check again and stop wasting my time. She finally opened her BLIND eyes after embarrassing me and saw that everything was paid for. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. NOT ONLY WAS THIS SO EMBARRASSING BUT HOW THE HELL DO YOU ALLOW THIS? Horrible client experience. NEVER AGAIN! AND THEN SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME I DONT NEED TO BE SO RUDE! I WISH I GOT HER NAME TO REPORT HER! Disgusting employee!"
"Burlington offers a wide array of fashion items, catering to men, women, and kids at discounted prices, making it a haven for budget-conscious shoppers. The store boasts a diverse selection of clothing, accessories, and even toys, providing a one-stop-shop experience for families. While the variety is impressive, the store's organization could use some improvement. Items are often misplaced, making it hard to find what you need. On the bright side, the checkout staff is friendly and helpful. Remember, though, they don't allow carts to be taken out, so bring your bags. Overall, it's a great place for budget shopping, but be prepared to hunt for your treasures amidst the chaos."
"Horrible customer service last three times I've been in that store had left without making the purchase. The line to pay is endless usually have few cashier attending wich disrespectful to customers many customers left just today and I just stay because my sister in law who is visiting me want to buy some stuff and did not want to left them due to she is leaving the country tomorrow. Definitely I won't be back in that store"
"As a school bus driver I am one of the ones that drives field trips and such and ends up with a lot of downtime. While on a field trip about 6 months ago I saw a Burlington store and decided to check it out and was pleased with some of the selection I was finding in the store and had even purchased a couple of coffee cups that I found that we're saying how great it was to be a grandpop. Because of that experience anytime I have come across a Burlington coat factory store in my travels I have stopped in just to see what they had available as far as other coffee cups. Because I prefer to always drink my coffee out of a ceramic cup when I found one that was a ceramic coffee cup with a travel lid of course bought it and that became my new quest to try to find others since it was the only one that was in that particular store. Since the bus company I drive for also provides airport shuttle service I was driving up to JFK airport last night and stopped in a couple Burlingtons on the way with this being one of the worst ones that I have ever been to. Although my pictures are not very good you may be able to see that they do not allow you to bring a van or any other large vehicle into the parking lot but require that you park a pretty good distance away from the store and walk all the way there. I almost did not bother to go in but figured I would at least give it a chance but after walking around and not seeing anything I wanted as well as the fact that the check out lines probably had 40 or 50 people waiting for a register of which only a few were open. Having been hit with arthritis in my knee a few years ago walking is often times difficult so I usually try to park closer to a store but with these great big barricades up the do not allow a vehicle over 7 ft into the parking lot the van that I was driving to the airport I was concerned with not fit so I of course had to park way out in the far reaches of the parking lot. I will not come back to this store as I do not feel as though they are very friendly to people who maybe have a disability that requires them to have a van to make it easier to get in and out. If I were someone to make trouble I would probably report them to the ADA authorities and let them know that they are not allowing people with Vans to park close to the store."
