"Order a matcha drink and wanted it cold but the drink was hot instead. I told the barista I wanted it cold, instead of offering me for a cold drink, he gave me an attitude. Saying that I didn’t order a cold one and refuse to make my drink cold. In my defense, the barista never gave me an option whether I want the drink hot or cold. The menu also did not state that matcha latte is iced or hot. I’m disappointed because I asked him nicely and I expected a decent customer service."

"A really cool coffee shop in a neighborhood, not on a busy street. These are the best kind of coffee shops. They have outdoor seating, it's nice to sit outside and enjoy the morning without all the loud noises or cars padding by. I stopped in just for the chai and it was great. Ordering from the window was different as well. The staff was nice and welcoming."
