"The waitress, Janet, was amazing! She was battling a new system. The food took forever to come out, but she kept us up to date with info. The food was ice cold when it came out and was microwaved when we mentioned it. The manager was clearly upset that we complained and physically made a face when I said the food was cold. This was the worst experience I've ever had at IHOP. But Janet was a pleasure."
