We want our children to enjoy their after-school time with their friends in a safe and convenient environment. It seemed Joey’s daughter had a bad experience with the cafe workers. I personally think the cafe manager can handle the situation in a better way and their customer recovery service needs some improvement. Nobody wants to leave the store without happiness and satisfaction. Making customer happy is the key to make the business successful."

"Fantastic having our own milk tea place in Tenafly! We also had the black sesame dessert. We were dining in, and I was disappointed to get this in a plastic to go container. Would have been a lot better in a bowl. I encourage all businesses to be more sustainable."

I tried my co-worker's bubble milk tea and concluded that the taste was good. The fruit tea tastes very great, and I asked what flavor it is. The owner is also very enthusiastic and answer me it is onloong flavor.Dessert taro flavor crepe is very recommended. Delicious."
