Spring House

"Ambience here is really nice regardless of what room you're in. Each has a different vibe but it's still super cozy. Food is delicious and I can't wait to go back. Was lucky to be there the first day their back patio area setup like a biergarden but in a super classy way. Because I was seated on the front porch patio, it was also really fun to see all the nice cars rolling in. And more importantly seeing how well the valets were escorting the elderly out of the vehicles or taking care of the elderly who were calling Ubers. We tried every dessert - like every single one and tiramisu won our groups favorite hands down. Tried the prime rib for two and it came out on a salt block keeping the temperature optimal the entire dining experience."

"Wonderful job by Chef Paco and Andrew Tyler!! This restaurant is charming and beautiful with all the different dining areas and classy bar. For appetizers an array of Grilled Octopus, Tuna Tartare, Beef Carpaccio, Artisanal Meat and Cheese Board were delicious, a Spaghetti special with Shrimp perfectly prepared was followed by a Classic Caesar , Argentine Head-on Shrimp and a Piedmontese Ribeye for 2 with roasted whole garlic and a Bordelaise sauce was tender and succulent!! Topped off with espresso , an Amaretto Tiramisu and a Pistachio Creme Brûlée and our evening was perfectly balanced!!! Thank you Andrew for a great dinner!!"

"They did an amazing job renovating a historical house, and we had a good time. However, maybe my bar was a little higher for them since they are marketing themselves as "Soho House-like." I think the menu is lacking more innovative vegetable-forward options and salads. The octopus was overly charred. Our waiter did a good job, but I kept seeing waiters running around so fast in the tight space. I saw one almost run into a guest. And then there was a big lull after they cleared dinner to order dessert. The main dining room downstairs where we were sitting gets too loud. I felt I had to compete with other tables and the background (club-like) music to hear my group. It should be a simple fix to add some sound absorptive materials in the ceiling or walls to prevent the noise from bouncing off all of the hard materials in the room. I'll try back again... maybe outdoors next time."

"We love the Spring house! It has excellent Mediterranean and European menu influences, specifically Italian. The produce is fresh, and the food is clean and precise. This is our third visit, and the service has improved significantly, now matching the great ambiance and food. Highly recommended!"

"I stopped by the spring house for date night as it’s a newer restaurant in town. Dinner was good but my appetizers were better. The artichoke and octopus were delicious. I look forward to returning and trying other things on their menu."
