"This people are one of the biggest scams in queens and Brooklyn auto parts. they sale broken transmission to people all over new york even to boston... if your transmission fail and does not work they do not refund you the money. they will give you another broken piece instead. also they pay 100 dollars to their drivers... the people are abusive.... they make thousands a day are cheap and fake"

"Ordered an engine from them was 1900 with shipping. Was supposed to be 80k with a 6 month warranty. When it arrived had it strapped to a pallet with seatbelts, it had a hole in the oil pan and there’s no compression. I called and have been getting the run around ever since from these guys won’t give me my money back and keeps claiming they finding another engine to send me. They are rude, don’t return calls like they say. Don’t seem to care to even rectify the situation just rush you off the phone"

Transmission failed right after installation and I was told to go kick rocks after weeks of back and forth on calls and hours on hold. James is a lier and a cheat.
