"RUDE/UNCOOKED Chicken/Order messed up The worker is very RUDE. He hung up three times while i’m ordering for pick up. I had a request for my order but he just hung up so I called again but he hung up three times and he said “what do you need!!!? Yo we are so busy tell me what do you need!!!!!?” And was going to talk and he didn’t even give me a chance and just hung up. So sad that restaurant has that rude worker and owner doesn’t even know that. Also attached picture for uncooked chicken we had and they did mess up with my order before too. So wanted to make sure for my order but it’s bc i called them to order on peak time i was ignored."

"Did a take out order of Galbi wings from here recently. It’s a tiny store, with one standing table inside for dining. The store looks mostly okay, not very bright and slick like some of the other ones I have been. My order was ready on on arrival, I was in and out within a minute. The Galbi chicken was good. Crispy crust, soft chicken, lovely sauce."

"This place is best for takeout. I personally love the boneless half&half. Gentle workers. There was a drink I wanted but they did not have them. The next time I ordered, they told me they considered the feedbacks and decided to sell the drink I wanted. Very nice place and I recommend it."

"This place has always been very good for weekend take out. However, I called to place an order for pick up at 4pm on Sunday(Feb 12 2023) when I got hung up twice by the same female staff who was ever so rude and unhelpful when finally got connected. She said they were very busy and could not take any more pick up orders until 6:30pm? I could not believe what she was saying so I double checked and she intentionally disconnected once again. I understand weekend can be very busy but I think better staff training is inevitable at this place if any already exists. There are other places to order Korean chicken and you will most definitely lose out on loyal customers with this sort of attitude."
