"Their food is always cold and stale and they have the audacity to charge $3.19 for a small soft drink filled to the brim with ice. No one will miss Companies like this going out of business. Will not be revisiting."
"I walked up to the counter and was met with a wall of attitude. The 2 snarky lady’s working behind the counter were publicly talking badly about us the entire time. Hospitality is for sure not in there dictionary. We were not even aloud to eat in the the dining room “because it was clean”. I am not one to write a review but this a miserable dinning experience. I wouldn’t come within a mile of this establishment."
"Please understand that this is actually one of my favorite Burger Kings. The employees are friendly and accommodating, and the food availability, which can vary from location to location, is pretty good here. However, I needed to leave this review because I wanted to bring attention to a problem that needs to be resolved, and the toll-free customer service number wasn't giving me an option to talk to anyone or leave a message. For what seems like a year now, maybe more, the Coke Freestyle machine has been difficult to operate because the touch screen is not calibrated properly. You try to hit the buttons, and they either don't react at all, or they bring up something you weren't trying to activate. They need to have someone from Coke come in and make the necessary adjustments. Otherwise, it doubles the length of time it takes to pour the drinks. I think a year is a long enough time for this to go unattended."
"I am so incredibly disappointed with this location. Due to being quarantined with a 2 year old, being pregnant and working from home, I ordered for a lunch delivery. The delivery came and one of the drinks were wrong.No big deal. Then we found a HAIR in one of the sandwiches. I get it, things happen. What upset me was when I called them, they were not apologetic or helpful. All they said was that they check the orders and that I was wrong. I also paid for cheese on a whopper and guess what... no cheese. Pictures below to show."
