"Awful quality issues here. You expect some level of edible food even though it’s Taco Bell. Stale chips that smell bad. Everything fried there has a stink. Burrito tortillas are stale. Asked to substitute beef for beans when requested but everything in our order still had beef. The rice inside the burritos was not cooked. Had to throw away more than half our order."
"We ordered a 12 piece chicken, tender, and instead of receiving the chicken tender we received mixed chicken. The cashier also had an attitude with me as soon as I started saying my order yeah that could’ve caused a fight or an altercation."
"DO NOT COME HERE. I've always had my disappointments in this location living in NJ for around 10 years now. But have no choice, because I like Taco Bell, and this is the only location around the area. Today, I went back to this location - their soda fountain was broke and everything came out flat, their ice machine was broken. I asked the manager if they had ice somewhere, and he didn't even respond, but pointed his finger at a very filthy looking bucket, with a small amount of melted ice inside. Our order did not come out until 20-25min+, so we went up to the cashier and asked if our food was being prepared. The cashier working there instantly gives us a very bad attitude about how busy they were. They had around 5-6 customers, and around 8-10 employees in the back literally either doing nothing, or moving extremely slow for a restaurant that is "very busy". So we got our food, tossed the drinks in the trash and came home. We started eating, instantly notice how stale the taco was, and it had close to no content inside the shell, and it tasted strange, like a saw dust from a mill or something. Yeah, it was cheap. It's Taco Bell, but no one should deserve what they provided today to me, nor the attitude they showed, including the attitude from the manager. This has to be one of the worst managed fast food restaurants in the US. They are using the leverage of being the only Taco Bell in the area to show terrible work ethic and terrible customer service. I'm actually quite surprised that the manager is still keeping this job, because everyone in that store needs to be fired immediately."
"This place needs a kiosk. Staffs are not well trained and take too much time taking orders. Not understaffed. I see at least 2 people almost doing nothing. Took about 30 min to prepare 1 combo item order. And they even got the order wrong. No ice on drink machine either. What a disaster."
