Smashburger

"First of all it took 37 minutes for me to get my food from the time I walked in. This place is slow slow. Second of all my order was totally wrong. But because I didn't want to wait another 37 minutes I ate it but God places the nightmare only two people working one of the counter one of the grill I kind of feel this place he's ever meant for yourself normally I like smashburger"

"I gotta eat dinner 15 times a night away from home. Ive never been to a smash Burger. Honestly, if you started this a few years ago, and this place is allowed to run the way its run you won't make it. Kid at the counter is overworked, too busy cleaning and doing stupid stuff, instead of waiting on customers. $14.00 burger was no better than McDonalds with Lettuce Tomato and Avocado on it. Burger was made 10+ Min before the rest of my food. Biggest $25 rip off experience I've ever had. And what is with everyone not hiring window washers for their commercial business? Windows are gross!"

"First time and it was good. Took a bit for my order and I was the only one in there. The order even sat for a minute until the counter guy could stop prepping napkins to pack my stuff.... and what was in my bag? No napkins. Sigh. Fries were ok.... could have cooked another minute. I might give them another try... Next try today (3/7/22) Ok so another try at Smashburger and this time it was much better. My cheeseburger was good, the fish sandwich was fresh and the sweet potato fries were crunchy. I actually received ketchup and napkins this time…. The woman running the cashier, Steph, was very helpful and polite. She even came over and made sure everything was good. So all in all a good trip. I need to try one of their doubles… soon."
