"Hot coffee cups constantly leaking. When they run out of the bagel that you requested on your online order, they just change it without checking with you or letting you know that they've changed it. luckily, I'm not allergic to blueberries. but if I asked for a cinnamon raisin and got blueberry and had been allergic that would have been a very bad day for them."

"Half good/half bad. Very consistent location with a mostly friendly staff! Anna and the younger girl are very friendly and fast, makes me wish I could hit that 5 star button.... BUT. 3 stars in reality- The other older woman in the morning is seemingly consistently bossy and short to others behind the counter (and borderline rude to customers and coworkers) whenever I'm in there. Makes me second guess giving my business to this location."

"Drinks taste good but they need to pay more attention to orders, they either forget something or a drink is wrong, but they are very apologetic and correct the issue right away. Last time I was there I order ahead of time and the drink order was wrong, they fix it and let me have the other drink for free but notice the attendant was on a video call while on the counter, while preparing the orders. Not very professional when the orders are getting mistaken."

"Finally, a Dunkin' reopened at the mall. It's located a few stores down from the AMC theatre. A nice, clean and modern look, although quite a small selection of donuts. I guess that's why they removed 'donuts' from their name. Perhaps the biggest negative (and basis for my star reduction) is that there is no seating nearby. It's grab and go."
