"This store is absolutely DISGUSTING. I walked in to find the most disorganized filthy store I have ever seen. Clothes are strewn on the floor ,literally thrown into heaps of bins that are over three feet high clothes ate dirty and just thrown wherever they can fit. I have seen far too many items of clothing that have literal footprints of shoes on them and multiple stains and are still put on the floor to sell. I have seen a shirt with a fresh BLOOD stain on the rack contaminating others and the employees continue to "organize" like nothing was wrong. And get ready to be spoken down to by rude employees they will only speak nicely and politely to their friends but will immediately talk behind your back in Spanish assuming that you do not understand. Do not I repeat do not recommend this store to anyone"

"It was horrible! Purchased two pairs of jeans. The chemicals in the jeans activated an asthma attack. The tags were incorrect: the sizes were completely wrong, the zippers were less than 3 inches, the stitching on the outside gave the impression that it was twice as long, the material wasn't the same description as tags on the jeans. Had to tie the jeans in double plastic bags, so I wouldn't have another attack. Was told that merchandise can not be returned because there is no return policy. (?) Tried to take them back, the same day, and continually since then. The manager or supervisor is never available. (?) There is trash and merchandise on the floor. One glove was for sale(?). It looked like everything was just tossed around. Do not, I repeat: do not go to the Pretty Girl store on Fordham Road."
