"Burger took forever to be prepared although there was literally 7 customers in the whole place. Food came in whatever order. It tasted okay, but not as tasty as it should. It's completely over staff. Workers couldn't care less about customers, they kind of ignore them, they're just chatting and making noise instead of working. Sadly this place does not live up to the standards of Shake Shack!"

"I been to this location a few times. Most recently I got some lunch to go. I ordered a chicken sandwich and french fries on the app. It took a few minutes before my food was ready even though it said it would be ready 15 minutes prior to my arriving. They moved pretty quickly even though the place was crowded and there was a lot of people waiting for food. They didn't provide any condiments and I had to wait for them to get them.The food was hot and tasty. The chicken sandwich tasted fresh and yummy."
