Domino's Pizza

"Ordered online for collection. Our pizzas sat on the shelf for ages (maybe 5 minutes) before I was served. Then when I paid the server was fiddling with the computer for ages before he handed over our food and drink. He didn't seem to know what he was doing, was arguing with a customer before us about what they'd ordered. Just seemed like chaos even though it was not at all busy. More efficiency needed!"

"Ordered a pizza in store. Guy that rang me up touched the computer screen multiple times, bent over and picked up something off of the floor, touched the screen again and then YES!!! YOU GUESSED IT!! Proceeds to make the pizza bare handed and dips his bare hands into the tub of cheese and scoops said cheese. Nothing longer waiting 58 hours to get your money back. Trash spot! Dollar pizza across the street is actually better!"

"Someone should probably fix this store’s hours… says they’re open til 2am. Called before 1am, worker answered the phone and said “we’re closed” to which I responded “dominos site says you’re open til 2am” and then he hung up on me. Interesting play there… probably a good idea to make sure those workers either know they’re supposed to be open until 2am or change the store hours."

"It’s alright — you’re better off ordering when coupons are working because it can get a bit pricey otherwise. Pizza was delicious as always, extremely savory. Order was prepared quickly and service was good (we dined in this time) plus the tables were clean. I’m taking a star off because the parmesan bites weren’t as tasty as they always are ☹️"
