"I don't appreciate that my friend and I kept getting followed around in the store by the woman in the hijab. We were there shopping for her anniversary and she already had a bag with her from another store. It seems store staff likes to profile people and follow them around. My friend spent over 200 in their store, I wouldn't have spent a dime after all of that stalking by what appeared to be the manager. Don't follow people around your store and you'll get a better review"

"I've never been so embarrassed in my life. I wanted to get a measurement. Which they do. But the sales lady decided to point out my size rather than being helpful or suggesting another option without the humiliation. I wasn't looking to purchase only to measure. Side note: Kindness can carry you a long way. I hope someone from Victoria's Secret reads this post and teaches a sensitivity class on how to treat people who are bigger than a size 6."

"Workers kept following me. I even went back and forth into different rooms to check that I wasn't going crazy. super invasive and made me uncomfortable. asked if I wanted a bag four times after saying no thank you. when I was searching for styles in my size I was rudely shrugged by one of the workers complaining about having to clean it up after, even though I was folding them neatly in their correct spots. she kept standing over me, staring and wouldn't leave, so I went to another section. While the following continued, I ended up putting my stuff down and left because it got too much. I felt very invaded and will not be shopping here again."

"Got no help at all when I went to the store, I found one person and she did not know about the product that I was looking for after 10 minutes of no help we walked out of the store. For the price that we pay for the products here you would think that the service will be better"
