"Unfortunately, i had a negative confrontation with a worker. I was with my two friends at the mall. I went in to look at some new adidas shoes for myself, so one friend came in with me as the other didnt. He immediately approached us, telling us to “get out of his store”, and when i told him i was shopping, he repeatedly said, “no your not, get out”. I guess it was because we are kids (16 and 17, so not really), he assumed we were causing trouble. He then forced all 3 of us into the store. I’m sure he’ll lie about whay happened, so i’m posting this now so corporate or some manager sees it and can check surveillance cameras to see what happened. He was a tall guy, with an afro-like hair. This was very disappointing, and I’m sure i wont be coming back"
"Awful costumer Service. They don't even measure the foot and it's just awful. I will go somewhere else to buy shoes from now on. No point on spending money at this place. Too expensive and shoe places aren't the same anymore. Especially this one."

"Journeys in nanuet ny mall has employed stalker on their staff. Beware! They are also selling sneakers with defects and not allowing customers to return the shoes if you don't have the box. It's only 2 days later which is completely unheard of. They also perped me by letting me know my recent internet activity when talking with them on the phone. Buy your stuff from somewhere else people."
