"Two people, male and female, who were working on 9/28 at closing time were extremely rude. Drove 1 1/2 to shop for an upcoming show not knowing the mall closed at 8 but as I was in the store shopping the moment it hit 8 we got a crazy attitude. Pacsun is a good store over all but those workers are not."

"I was extremely displeased with the entire staff of the store. I brought my friend into the store to buy a new wardrobe of spring clothes on 03/19/2021. The entire staff made my friend and I feel extremely uncomfortable by weirdly watching us the entire time, like we were doing something wrong. After watching the staff blatantly talk down about my friend and I, even chuckling to themselves like they were back in high school. I began to get very frustrated in the way this store was being run. I told my friend we should leave and to put the clothes we were going to buy in the bag we brought. I guess the manager there, Jamie, never heard of the ban on plastic bags in New York and how it is suggested to bring your own. I say that because while I was putting the things I bought into My backpack, she had the nerve to accuse me of stealing. Apparently she believed the Warner Brothers Space Jam hat that I bought from five below next door, was an item in her store. Come on, the manager doesn’t even know what clothes she has in her store!? She was beyond disrespectful to my friend and I, and I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review anywhere until this unfortunate event. I will never shop here again."

"the workers here are indescribable. they think their job is a hangout. you can’t even ask for help because they make it seem like you are interrupting them. i’ve got nothing but attitude back from them and it is awful. i love this store but the workers almost ruin it for me and my family. it’s disappointing to spend hundreds of dollars here and get treated this way."
