"Our son is a huge Alessandro’ pizza customer, so we already knew we loved their pizza. But when we decided to come celebrate his 18TH birthday, we were blown away by their delicious pastas & seafood dishes. I wish more people in Northern Valley knew how delicious Alessandro’s food is. After tasting their food, we will not be going anywhere else in the valley area to get great tasting Italian food with a family friendly staff and owner. Simply the best!"

"We dined for dinner twice while we were at Smith Mountain Lake with our family for a week. The first time we had 19 people. We were seated at 2 tables next to each other. The food was great and the service was excellent. We went again with 7 people and again food and service excellent. Highly recommend them. Try the SML specialty pasta. Excellent."

"The food here is so delicious. They also give large portions for a decent price. I come from far away just for this place. I have ordered the fried calamari, the hot wings, French fries, penne vodka pasta with breaded chicken cutlets, the garlic bread and I can confirm everything I have tried is 10/10. So yummy! I wish they had more waiters taking orders since they get so busy it takes a while to place your order. I will still keep coming though because the food is too good!"

"First time dining at Alessandro's, always get take out but decided to dine in this time. Fried Calamar was crispy and lightly coated which is great, we tried the prosciutto mozzarella rolls and those were phenomenally smothered in balsamic glaze over urugula and tomatoes. My daughter loved their lasagna and my hero was delicious and fresh. They have a great selection of desserts so I recommend saving space for those. All of their food comes in big portions, we had plenty to take home."

"We stopped in for a quick bite with the family. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had chicken fingers with twice-fried French fries, which were good and crispy. We also ordered a large pie, which was OK. The sauce could have used a little more flavoring. The pizza was decent, the dessert was good, the chicken was excellent, and the service was on point—nice location with plenty of seating."
