"I asked for a drink that is cold but no ice they said that could not be done, I said no problem I’ll pay extra for it just give me the drink with no ice I only want it cold, they said that they couldn’t because the owner did not let them do such a thing, it is ridiculous that such a simple request could not be accommodate for the customer. So I wanted to return the ice drink and she said she can’t accept returns since I had already paid for it, so I had to pay for a hot drink instead. Absolutely ridiculous."
