"I believe the owner is greatly confused on how customer service works and it is quite evident how extremely unprofessional they are, seeing how they are unable to use constructive criticism to improve their store, but rather, take subtle jabs. It is stereotypical to mention "American taste buds," seeing how I do not favored extremely sweet or salty items. I am just making a statement that their water-down drink can be blended and be more consistent with the balance of fruits to water ratio. I never mentioned their wraps, the ice in their drink neither. It is ironic they are called sugar, when in their name it is called sweets and mock Americans stereotypically while being in America. No one is asking you to change anything, everyone has an opinion and is entitled to it, if that is difficult, you may not be suitable to run a company, if you can not respect the customer."

"A recent Gluten Free individual who was glad to find this place! I was recently diagnosed with a gluten conditio, like some many other today. While I was in the Cold Spring area last week, I wanted to grab a cup of coffe so I stopped into the Sweet Harvest Shoppe located at 82 Main Street. Now since I have been diagnosed I rarely eat anything while on the road, as I'm fearful of the consequences. Well wouldn't you know it, after speaking to the owner about the Gluten Free options I decided to try the Chocolate Zucchini bread (heck bread anything can get my attention nowadays!) and it was delicious! I will definitely be stopping back in again here, not just for the food, but the service as well!"
