"I’m plus sized, 18-20 depending on the item. This store is very expensive! I personally shop at cheaper places because my style just needs comfort. BUT, the staff is always SUPER FRIENDLY! They make you feel welcome, whether you’re browsing or buying. I never feel insulted, which surprisingly happens @ other stores. THEIR BRAS are amazingly comfortable and fair priced! I understand not every store is gonna be cheap so I do appreciate the other aspects, customer service is a big deal ! I’m glad that L*ne Bry*nt closed because this company deserves all the $$$ for their hard work"

"I travelled to this location from about an hour way in CT...the woman working was super friendly and helpful, I had gone to return something and it was significantly over the normal timeframe for typical returns AND was purchased using a third party (PayPal) so typically you'd be denied even store credit but this woman went above and beyond to accommodate me and even helped me pick out other items as an exchange essentially. Excellent customer service, will definitely continue shopping here!!"
