"Julia was amazing from start to finish during our time at Madewell today. She helped my best friend shop for two new pairs of jeans and was so thoughtful, it felt like personal styling appointment! She was also just such an expert on the fit and feel of the pants. 10/10, I would stop by again just for this level of service."

"the store was having a 30% off sale but i bought a bag and the discount wasn’t applied so i assumed the bag was exempt from the sale. i checked online and it wasn’t, and saw i should’ve saved $40. i also had a $25 off discount tied to my email and usually when i go to madewell they’ll ask if i want to use whichever discount i have available - however this time the cashier didn’t bring it up at all and was about to check me out before i had to ask if it could be applied. i don’t usually shop at this location so i don’t know if it’s the store or this specific cashier, but it comes off as very disingenuous"

"Jason was awesome!!! Told him how I wanted my jeans to fit and he gave me a few recommendations. When I didn’t like the fit he suggested I go to the Madewell Men’s store to try the 1991 jeans. When I got to the other store the sales associate had already pulled a couple pairs for me to try on. Awesome customer service!! Thank you Jason!"

"Store staff was rude and refused to throw away a drink when I was buying clothes here. My group spent a few hundred dollars and they couldn’t throw away an empty cup for me?"
