"My husband went here to purchase a battery for my Nissan, the one they sold us did not fit, it went on the terminals but was moving around even after tightening. We wound up finding the correct one in stock somewhere else the next day. When my husband went to get our money back he was told by Steve Rios “you can’t return batteries” even though he had the receipt and purchased it a day earlier. Then when he asked to speak to a manager he was shocked to learn that the man he was speaking with was the manager! Disgusting service he had an attitude the whole time, was arguing about us returning a battery we had no use for & Threw the return receipt at him when he eventually gave in. Even when calling to inquire about the loose battery or see if another was in stock, He was arguing with him on the phone. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!"

I didn't even have an issue but hearing the way he spoke to people was troubling. Take off the 15 pins on your shirt and try being a little nicer and more considerate of older people. Because p.s.
