"Wanted to thank Elizabeth whom I never met but received my call today. I had seen these beautiful Valentine’s Day pillows during Christmas. They resonate with me and since then I went to other stores looking for them since I don’t live in the area but no luck. My fiancé agreed to pick them up if I called ahead to see who had them. I immediately called TJ Maxx Edgewater and spoke to Elizabeth. She was polite, patient and sweet over the phone. She confirmed she had it and could hold it for me till end of day. My fiancé went to pick them up and she was so nice to him and gave them the pillows and said this was the last one left. Thank you Elizabeth hope to meet you one day! Happy New Year!!!"

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by the poor customer service when I lost my wallet inside the store and no employee offered to help and they flatly refused to check the camera system to decipher what happened. Don't lose anything in there because it's not going to help you."

"Never coming back to this store! On cashier 15 the guy was so rude asking for donations, i make donations a lot but when i want to and the way he asked for it was so embarrassing, he literally said “ how much should i put down for donations “ like excuse me it’s not by force. Do better and be nicer!"

"Our favorite store in Edgewater. Lately we are experiencing very long lines to pay . There is no express line(s ) I had to help an elderly for her shopping at tjx , she bought 1 item , I made her sit by the window side and waited around 20-25 minutes to pay for 1 item . They need to hire more people, it is not even Christmas yet !"

"The store is very bright and clean. It is arranged very neatly. They have a lot of cashiers available to check and there is still a long line. There is a great selection of hair care products as well as shoes. The store is huge and full of great deals!! I definitely recommend this store."
