"The girl in the front was so helpful. She was smiling and greeted me hello, which I didn't expect as I was walking my way towards the exit. Which was all the difference in me walking back and asking her for advice on the fit of a certain shirt. She recommended I size down and when I came home, I tried it on and it fit perfectly! I wish I knew her name. Kindness is everything in retail and all the difference in make or breaking a sale. I was pleasantly surprised in the best way."

"Terrible customer service. They didn't remove security tags from my clothes, had to return and waste my time. Moreover, the pants I bought were 25% off and the guy behind the desk suggested I buy another pair because it will be 50% off, which I did. What he didn't tell me was that you lose the discount on the first pair so it still was 25% off whether you buy one or two pairs. Very sneaky and misleading."

"I was actually pleasantly surprised to find a few cute things to wear. I am a very short person (4'9) so I wasn't expecting much and thought for sure the clothes would be too big on me. The denim shirt might be slightly large but I think I can get away with it. I love the dress. It is super comfortable. As far as the plaid shirt is concerned, this is the first one I have ever purchased. I know that sounds hard to believe but it is true. The selection of clothes is okay but it did seem a little bare unless they spread their items out so people don't get too close."
