"The food is good. The atmosphere is dirty and ugly. The service is unpredictable. They can be serious but also rude. The charge is $8 to deliver less than 1 mile. There is a 4% cover charge for paying credit card. It is a busy place, so employees get really stressed out, they should hire more people. Ana, who took my order through the phone, informed me that you have to pay extra for sauces like vinagreta, never asked for it in any Lena y Carbon restaurant. Also, the prices have gone up like 26 for a complete Pollo a la Brasa."

I called to report the issues with the food and the business owner began to scream to me on the food expressing that it was fresh . I hang up and left as it is . Don’t order from this place ceviche is not Good ."

"According to my taste buds, this Leña y Carbon doesn't know how to control salt. I've ordered multiple times and something is always extremely salty or extremely bland. Today the chicken was do salty I couldn't continue eating. The chaufa was okay, but could've been better. This is just my opinion. You should still try it and order a different dish, maybe a salteado might be better."
